Three Steps of PVDF Coating Of powder Coated Expanded Metal

前処理 : このステップでは主に酸洗浄が行われ、塗装前にすべての不純物と油分を除去するのに役立ちます。 2回洗浄してから乾燥させます
Color painted: After drying, our workers will hang the aluminium expanded metal mesh into our painting line, and then the automatic painting line start to work and paint the aluminium expanded metal mesh one by one. After painting, it will take drying process, around 15 minutes at 180 degree temperature.
Third time coating: we will take a thid time coating after color painted to make sure the thickness of film.
