전처리: 이 단계에서는 주로 산성 세척을 수행하는데, 이는 페인팅 전에 모든 불순물과 오일을 제거하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 두 번 청소한 다음 말릴게요
Color painted: After drying, our workers will hang the aluminium expanded metal mesh into our painting line, and then the automatic painting line start to work and paint the aluminium expanded metal mesh one by one. After painting, it will take drying process, around 25 minutes at 230 degree temperature.
Varnish coating: The last coating of PVDF is paint varnish coating, the function to form a film to UV resistance.
마무리 후 PVDF의 필름 두께는 35um 이상이어야 하며, 검사관은 엄격한 테스트를 거쳐 제품이 적격인지 확인합니다.
