PVDF အလူမီနီယမ် တိုးချဲ့သတ္တုသည် အလူမီနီယံ ချဲ့ထားသော သတ္တုကွက်တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ထုတ်လုပ်ပြီးနောက် တာရှည်ခံ PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) ဖြင့် မကြာခဏ မြှင့်တင်ထားသည်။ ဤကုသမှုသည် သတ္တုအလွှာကို အကာအကွယ်အလွှာတစ်ခုထပ်ဖြည့်ပေးရုံသာမက ချေးတက်ခြင်းနှင့် ဝတ်ဆင်ခြင်းတို့ကို ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိစေရုံသာမက ၎င်း၏အလှတရားကိုလည်း မြှင့်တင်ပေးပါသည်။ သတ္တုစိန်ကွက်သည် PVDF အလူမီနီယမ်ကို ချဲ့ထွင်ထားသော သတ္တုများတွင် တူညီသောပုံစံတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး စက်မှုလုပ်ငန်း၊ ဗိသုကာနှင့် အလှဆင်ပရောဂျက်များတွင် အသုံးချနိုင်သည့် ထူးခြားသော စိန်ပုံစံဒီဇိုင်းကို ပေးဆောင်သည်။

Color painted: After drying, our workers will hang the aluminium expanded metal mesh into our painting line, and then the automatic painting line start to work and paint the aluminium expanded metal mesh one by one. After painting, it will take drying process, around 25 minutes at 230 degree temperature.
Varnish coating: The last coating of PVDF is paint varnish coating, the function to form a film to UV resistance.
