Features of Ladder Rungs

The cross-sectional design of these ladder treads, or safety treads as they are sometimes known, also increases the load-carrying capacity of the rungs. From any angle, the first row of dimples on each ladder’s rung provide slip resistance. When climbing ladders, employees may need to walk through oily, greasy, icy, wet, or slippery substances, especially in food, beverage, and oil and gas processing facilities.
