PVDF Aluminum Expanded Metal

PVDF aluminum expanded metal is one kind of aluminium expanded metal mesh, and it is often enhanced with a durable PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) finish treatment after production. This treatment not only adds a protective layer to the metal, increasing its resistance to corrosion and wear, but it also enhances its aesthetic appeal. Production Procedures

Materials – stretching into diamond shape- Levelling- cutting- welding( if have frame)- PVDF painting.

We have strict quality control and inspection for each production step, just to make sure the perfect appearance after insllation.

The Three Steps of PVDF Coating Of Aluminium Expanded Metal Mesh

Pretreatment : This step mainly take acid cleaning, which will help to remove all the impurities and oil out before painting. we will clean twice and then dry them
Color painted: After drying, our workers will hang the aluminium expanded metal mesh into our painting line, and then the automatic painting line start to work and paint the aluminium expanded metal mesh one by one. After painting, it will take drying process, around 25 minutes at 230 degree temperature.
Varnish coating: The last coating of PVDF is paint varnish coating, the function to form a film to UV resistance.
After finish, The film thickness of PVDF should beover 35um, our inspector will take strict test to make sure the product qualified.
